Board of Governors

The North Carolina Surplus Lines Association, through its board of directors, adopted a plan of operation for the newly formed North Carolina Surplus Lines Stamping Office which was then approved by the North Carolina Department of Insurance. This plan included forming the NC Stamping Office Board of Governors to oversee the operations of the Stamping Office.

The Stamping Office is managed by Geoff Allen, Chief Operating Officer, and General Counsel is David Liggett, with the firm Ragsdale Liggett PLLC.
